Introduction:
Avila Refer-A-Friend programme is a loyalty programme aimed at rewarding our loyal customers who have already been introducing our services to other customers. It is clear from data available that a large number of our new customers were referred by an existing customer who is happy with our service. We very much appreciate our customers' word-of-mouth recommendations and this is one way of saying 'thank you!'
Here is the deal when you introduce a friend to our service and monthly promotions:
You will get a £5 Avila Gift Voucher for every customer referred
1. Remember to ensure that the referred customer specifies your full name during the registration process on the website. (The customer will choose either Existing Customer or Friend from the drop down referral list. A field will appear below for the customer to specify the full name of the existing customer or friend).
2. The referred customer needs to make a purchase from the Avila website for you to qualify for the reward
3. Your Avila gift voucher will be sent via email between 3-4weeks after the first purchase of the recommended customer.
4. The Avila gift voucher has an expiry date of 3 months.
Terms and Conditions:
1. There is a maximum of £100 Avila Gift vouchers for every customer per calendar month.
2. The new customer needs to make a purchase of £50 (excluding delivery charge) and above for the referrer to qualify for the reward.
3. The reward is only available in Avila gift Vouchers. It cannot be exchanged for cash. However, it can be transferred to other parties.
4. The existing customer's referred friend must be a completely new customer to Avila with no existing customer account.
5. The referred customer must make the purchase via a genuine credit or debit card. All fraudulent transactions will be disqualified.
6. The person referring a new customer must be registered and must be able to shop on the Avila website.
7. The Avila Refer-A-Friend reward programme applies to only new customers registered on the site from the 1st of May 2011 based on the referral of any existing customer.
8. If you think you’ve qualified for a voucher but have not received an email. Pls send an email to referafriend@avilauk.com.
9. The reward applies to only the first purchase done by the referred customers. The referring customer is not entitled to any gift after the first purchase.
10. Anybody can take part in the referral programmes irrespective of if you’ve shopped with Avila or not.
11. All intent by to manipulate or defraud the system by pretending to be a new customer will be disqualified from the programme.- We will be checking
12. Avila reserve the right to amend, or suspend, the Refer a Friend Scheme at any time for any reason.
13. The referred person cannot be in the same household as the referrer.
