   You need to have registered on www.avilauk.com before you can book a delivery slot. We have defined different delivery times for each area we deliver to. This is mainly applicable to customers who will be using the Avila Delivery Van Option.

1. We reserve the right to restrict these services at any time. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.
2. Your ordered items will be delivered to the shipping location provided drivers do not feel there are any health and safety issues such as a staircase which is too narrow or there is danger of damage to the customer property.
3. We know that unexpected things happen and there might be an instance when you can't be there to receive your delivery. If so, don't worry. Just Let us know by 12pm the day before the scheduled delivery. The delivery can be rescheduled free of charge by calling our customer help line on 0844 770 1963
