Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which AvilaUK makes the products available to you ("Product Terms").



Spend and save terms and conditions

To qualify for spend and save offers you must meet the minimum spend when you check out at of our website.

You must be 18 years or over to purchase alcohol.

Offer limited to 1 promotional purchase per transaction. Subject to availability.

Promotional code or voucher must be added to the order before checking out of our website.

Please note that some prices on our website are estimated prices only. The actual price you pay will be the price charged at the time your order is picked for delivery. The actual order value cannot be determined until the day of delivery because the prices stated on the website may vary either above or below the prices on the day your order is picked and delivered.

All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the service charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date of your order and which will be displayed in the 'Help' section of the web site.

When your order is delivered you may return any item and receive a full refund if the difference between the price charged and the estimated price shown on the website is unacceptable.



If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we may attempt to deliver substitute lines should selected items be unavailable unless you specifically request us not to do so.

We try to cater for your orders, an order of large quantities of a line can only be fulfilled at our discretion. For example, if an order of 20 packets of Stock Fish would use up all the stock we have, we may only deliver 10 packets.



There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the goods.

To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.



Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. It is your responsibility to be available to receive your order.

If we are delivering via Avila Delivery Van option,we will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. At your request, our driver may carry your order into the delivery address, for example, to a particular floor in an apartment block or into your kitchen but only if: a. the driver has your permission and b. our driver believes that it is safe and practical to do as you request. We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address.

Delivery timeline may be agreed with you at the time of placing your order.

All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact the  Customer Service Centre number indicated on the card to re-arrange delivery .

Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

How long will it take to ship my order?

This depends on the shipping optionselected by you during your shopping. We use 3rd party delivery providers who may not be able to offer aspecific delivery time. However, the parcel(s) can be left in a specified location even when the customer is not at home. For example with a neighbour.

We download orders from our websiteconstantly during each working day. As each order arrives, we check stockavailability and then pick it and pack it ready for dispatch. If there are anyitems that are not immediately available then we may telephone you and offeryou the option of an alternative product, or to wait until stock of the missingitem arrives, or to send out the order without that item.

When we receive an order together with thepayment details before 9am, we can usually ship the order to you on the sameday for delivery the following working day. However, we never ship orders thatinclude fresh or frozen meat or fish products on a Thursday and Friday (sincethe next working day is Monday) unless you have requested a Saturday morningdelivery (for which there is a small delivery surcharge). If we send such anorder out on Friday for Monday delivery then the order will stay in the DPD/UPS/Parcelforcewarehouse over the weekend which is clearly not desirable. We do not offer adelivery service on Sundays or public holidays.


Return & Refund Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. On the occasion you are not happy with the quality or quantity of what you have received, you may return the goods to us, provided that you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You must inspect the goods and notify us promptly in writing or by phoning our customer service centre at 0118 900074 . On the occasion where an item is not available, if payment was paid by debit or credit card, the cost of the unavailable items will be refunded to your account.

Please note we cannot accept the return of perishableitems due to hygiene purposes.

  We will arrange with you for non-perishablegoods to be returned to us (please note that the goods must not be used andmust be in good condition). We will not charge you for any incorrect goods ordefective goods which you have received. We are only liable for the priceof the goods not delivered, incorrectly delivered or defective. Your statutory rights are not affected.

You can cancel or change any of your current orders up until 8am the day before delivery, Monday to Friday. You can do this by sending an email to customerservice@avilauk.com or you can call our Customer Services department on .



We receive payment in British Pounds using the following cards: American Express, Mastercard or Visa credit card, Visa Electron Cards, Maestro or Delta debit card. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, for example, 3.0 version or higher of Explorer and versions 3.02 or higher of Netscape. This means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.



These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.

If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
